This is an unnumbered test proof on nice brown packaging paper which has a great texture and is now degraded looking after all the years.  Please see photos.  It’s signed by the designer and is uncut, extra to the run, and a test proof to see if the ink was coming through the screens sufficiently.  The fact that it’s a double is cool and collectable as this edition was handscreenprinted two designs at a time.
